The institute of the doctors of general practice ([VOP]) - family doctors in contrast to the prevailing system of public health is assumed: personal acquaintance with the family members and the history of their illnesses, the periodic (not from one disease to the next) monitoring of the functional state of all family members in the broad band dependent on age, required calculation and periodic measurement not only by somatical component of health, but its psychoemotional component, parallel observation of the family, social, ecological factors surrounding the patient of house and on the work both in the periods of nosology ([donozologii]) and in the regime of normal, healthy life. As a result is accumulated the information, which makes it possible to isolate and to build on each family member factors to the greatest degree influencing the health (both negative and positive).
Since the standard of maintenance by brigade [VOP] composes order 1500 people, the population analysis of this set, allows in the probabilistic plan with the high authenticity to evaluate group factors in the real time, what is basis for constructing control systems by the health of population via the subsequent influence on different administrative services of local, urban and regional level.
