Control of technogenic load can be realized on the basis of dynamic model, which considers the connection between the indices of quality of living environment and the data about the state of the adaptive systems of the human organism. For constructing this model together with the organization of ecological monitoring on the contaminators priority for the specific region it is necessary to solve the following tasks: to select the indices of the tension of the adaptive systems of human organism (parameters of adaptation) most sensitive to the technogenic actions, which are subject to observation. to ensure the measurement of the parameters of adaptation in the investigated contingent, and also the individual associated factors with necessary for purposes of control of completeness and periodicity. to construct the adequate models of the influence of ecological factors on the parameters of the adaptation of the human organism. The first problem is solved by application and development of contemporary approaches to diagnostics of the regulated systems of organism in healthy or conditionally healthy people. Numerous studies defined among many control systems of human organism, first of all, warmly - vascular system and central nervous system as is most sensitively and universally reacting to the external and internal stresses. For these systems are established the quantity indicators of the parameters of adaptation, which successfully adapt in the space and sport to the measurement of these indices is oriented the proposed system of monitoring health.
